installation & fluid recommendations
customer responsibility -- please read !

Truck Years 2011 + and newer — TCM tunes MUST be set to stock for years 2011 and newer PRIOR to installation of new transmission.  If not removed prior to installation, customer understands that any pressure tuning in the TCM will void warranty.

No Zone recommends that a “hot flush” is completed on the cooler & radiator.  If this is not possible, we highly recommend “at a minimum” that the radiator, cooler and lines be replaced.

Dowel pins MUST remain in the engine block.  This will ensure that the transmission is aligned properly and locks into place.

Relearn:  Customer acknowledges they MUST do a relearn on their truck and notify No Zone Diesel via text message @ 319.326.9663 confirming relearn has been completed.

Fluid Levels:

Our recommended fluid & fluid levels are to get you “close” to what your truck will need.    Do NOT run if truck is LOW on fluid.  Check fluid levels when truck is in “park” (not neutral) and engine is running.   YOU are responsible to have adequate fluid levels to operate your truck.  If you choose to use other brands of fluid, follow the recommended fluid specifications.   If fluid levels are found to be low — warranty will be void.
